Because everything I make is customized just for you, all sales are final. Exchanges will be made for damaged or broken items within 30 days. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your purchase, or if it is defective outside of the 30 day period, please contact me and I will see what I can do!
I ship using USPS First Class Mail and will ship your item within 2 weeks for Acrylic and 6 weeks for Metal. After your order is placed, it is put on hold until the following Monday when it will go into production. Please allow the stated time for me to design, make, and package your order - HANNAHROSES jewelry is handmade with love and worth the wait!
HANNAHROSES is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment, if there is a problem with shipment please contact me and I will file a claim with the USPS.
All sales are final. Exchanges are honored for damaged or defective items within 30 days. Should you receive a damaged item, or break the item within 30 days, I will make you a replacement. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to set up an return/exchange, and please include a picture of the damaged piece. (Subject line: RETURN) If your jump ring pops open, or the chain breaks, please contact me. You will be responsible for shipping charges to send the item back to me for repair.
Cancellations for a full refund are made within 24 hours of purchase.
WEAR & CARE
JEWELRY NEEDS TLC! Please take care of your pieces!
Here are the basic rules for caring for your jewelry properly:
DO NOT wear your jewelry in the shower, while you work out, or while you sleep! If you choose to do these things while wearing your necklace be prepared to see color changing on anything that is gold or silver plated. (Acrylic will never tarnish as it is not metal, but the mirrored backing can be damaged by excessive exposure to water, sweat and rubbing)
DO NOT spray perfume directly on your chest while wearing your necklace! This may accelerate the wearing of the metal finishes.
DO NOT throw jewelry loose in your bag or purse! Acrylic pieces often break when they are tossed into a purse. If you have to do it, make sure it is in a separate pocket away from other things that could scratch or crush it.
Hang up your jewelry or store it in its HANNAHROSES box when it is not in use. When traveling always bring your box along to store the jewelry and prevent it from breaking in your suitcase.
HANNAHROSES Acrylic Line
Acrylic is a very lightweight type of plastic. The gold and silver mirrored acrylic I use has a mirror backing that can scratch or chip if not properly cared for. Acrylic pieces will break if you apply too much pressure to them. Putting them in any sort of purse, backpack, or bag unprotected will eventually result in breakage. Please store them in their box!
HANNAHROSES Luxe Line
I plate my necklaces with thick high quality gold and silver that should last a very long time if properly cared for. Gold does not tarnish, but plated items wear with time, it is inevitable unless you purchase a solid gold necklace. Silver will tarnish but can be easily shined back with a jewelry polishing cloth. The gold and silver filled chains used for Luxe necklaces will also last a very long time without showing wear, but they are very dainty and delicate, and must be handled with care! You will significantly extend the life of your necklace by following the rules above.
What materials do you use for your necklaces?
All materials are listed in each product listing. All custom acrylic necklaces are made from gold or silver mirrored acrylic plastic hung on a gold or silver plated curb chain. HannahRosesLuxe metal necklaces are made of 24k gold plated or sterling silver plated steel and hung on gold filled chains. I design each piece in the computer, lasercut and engrave it, and hand assemble and package it with luv!
Where do I put my customization?
Please leave your customization in the NOTES section at checkout. When ordering more than one necklace please list out the customization. (ie: Gothic Necklace 1: Hannah Gothic Necklace 2: Roses)
What methods do you use to ship?
USPS First Class mail with tracking. Shipping and handling is a flat rate fee of $5
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally but cannot provide tracking once the item has left the US.
How often do you ship? How soon after an order do you ship the items?
Orders are put into production every Monday. After your order enters the production queue on the Monday after you placed your order it will take 4-5 days for it to ship. You will be updated with a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as your item ships. I require a maximum turnover time of TWO WEEKS for all pieces! Please allow up to 14 full days to receive your order from the date of purchase.
Where is my order?
All acrylic orders have a maximum turnover time of TWO WEEKS
All metal pieces have a maximum turnover time of SIX WEEKS
If it has not been more than the stated time, please don't worry, your order is being made as quickly as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as it ships. If it has been longer than the stated turnover time please contact me at email@example.com.
Is PayPal the only form of payment?
Yes I only accept payments through PayPal for a variety of reasons. Making an account is free, and you can then enter your credit card info just like you would in direct checkout!
